No, this is not Brazil...its just 210 km ahead of Bangalore..

Remember the song "Dil hain chota sa, choti si asha"....ultimately we reached the place...

But we weren't so happy very really...anytime the boat could get down...but we njoyd....

U dont have to go to message parlour if u sit under this fall for 5 min...

But We have to go back, as we are already 1 and half hour ahead of our time limit.

And ultimately we came back..........

We came back but U must visit this place if u get time.

Best time to visit : Rainy season ( except July/August, boating is not allowed at that time).
Distance : 210 km from Bangalore ( u can hire a sumo, they will charge u Rs 7/km ).
Time to reach from BLR : 3 hr approx ( it will be best if u reach there by 6-7 a.m. ).
Route : Bangalore -> hosur -> royakutta -> hogenakkal.

Important thing : 1. u have to negotiate with the Tokri boatmen, they will charge 1000/- per boat straight away, make it 500 to 700 at max.
2. Don’t visit the place as normal, climb through the rocks where ur boatman takes to…there are many hidden places and falls. U have to explore through walking and riding through the rocks there.
3. Take ur sleepers
4. Have ur breakfast on the way. There u will get only snacks.

Caution : Many of these snaps have been taken in very dangerous portions. You have to take risk if u want to make ur adventure complete at the same time u have to be very cautious at each step. In many places rocks are very sleepery and if u mismatch a little, u r gone forever. Keep ur camera extremely safe when u r near the falls.
